APPRECIATION EXPRESSED

You and others who drive by our building frequently have noticed the most appropriate messages that are posted on our large yard sign. We so appreciate the great job the Baggett’s and Hale’s have done with our marquee sign ministry.

AN ICECREAM FELLOWSHIP

It is planned for Wednesday, August 31, after a short video during Bible class. Crank up your ice cream freezer! Or buy a delicious brand of the store-bought kind! Cakes and cookies are welcome or bring sprinkles or other favorite toppings to this event. Everything is appreciated. Make your plans to come!

BEAUTIFUL FOOTPRINTS

We have helped support the ministry of Eastern European Missions for many years in their efforts to bring the word of God to people in Eastern Europe. The following is from our friends at EEM on a recent activity EEM was involved in. Keep this work in your prayers. For the elders, Ken D

Four Baptized at Youth Summer Camp in Estonia

EEM National Director Jaro sent in an encouraging report from Tallinn, Estonia. After two years of COVID, fraught with all sorts of complications, the Baltic Christian Youth Camp was up and running this summer. Organized by our long-time ministry partners, Nikolai and his daughter Anna, this year’s camp was an extraordinary success.

———-

Dear Jaro, greetings from Estonia!

We thank you very much for your continued help and encouragement! And thank you for providing our Bibles and Bible-based materials. The camp, which was attended by 145 participants, was wonderful.

Four people were baptized at camp: Sergey, Gleb, Zhenya, and Katya. I was thrilled to baptize these wonderful people. We thank God for them! And we thank God for others who took part in serving at camp. Camp is life-changing for many children, teens, and youth!

———-

Dear brother Jaro,

Thank you again for your great help and encouragement for so many years!

With love and gratitude to Him, Nikolai
