BEAUTIFUL FOOTPRINTS

“And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!”” Romans 10:15

“So the churches were strengthened in the faith, and they increased in numbers daily” (Acts 16:5) The church is always in need of evangelizing, planting new churches and strengthening the growing numbers of Christians. Our brother Mike Udam in Nigeria shares a recent effort to establish and strengthen a new congregation. Pray for them. For the elders, Ken D

Yesterday, the 7th of May, my wife and I participated in a one-week evangelism outreach to start a church in Bebi in Obanliku LGA of Cross River state. Bebi is 40km from the famous Obudu cattle Ranch and until recently, it had not heard the gospel. 38 souls have so far given their lives to Christ and paramount among them is the paramount chief of Bebi.

I spoke in the outdoor evangelism and also spent some quality time with the newly baptized. Darrell Memorial Bible Institute Obudu coordinated the evangelism efforts and supported by the school of Biblical studies Jos. The church had its first worship today with over a hundred people in attendance and 5 baptisms. A carton of Bibles containing 36 copies was handed over by me to the church to be shared among the newly baptized brethren.

Keep them in your prayers. God bless you.
