FEBRUARY 15, 2015 WEEKLY NEWS

TWO NEW BIBLE CLASSES STARTED, WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 11TH.

1. RENEWING YOUR SPIRITUAL LIFE by Aubrey Johnson

Join Charles Greenawalt in the Fellowship Room for an in-depth discussion of the lessons learned by the Israelite nation in Deuteronomy and their application to us today.

2. THE AFTERLIFE

After life, then what happens next? While most of Christians believe that they know, many people around us in the world don’t seem to. Terms like heaven, hell, paradise, hades, bosom of Abraham, purgatory, Sheol, Limbo, Gehenna, Tartarus, might make you question if you feel adequately prepared to share with them what the scriptures say about the afterlife. Join Ken Darnell in a discussion Bible class on Wednesday evenings, starting Feb. 11th that will examine what the Bible tells us about the afterlife, so that we can be better equipped as a people of God and we ‘”might have strong encouragement to hold fast to the hope set before us.” Hebrews 6:18
