BEAUTIFUL FOOTNOTES

NIGERIAN GOSPEL CHARIOT AND WBS

“So, being affectionately desirous of you, we were ready to share with you not only the gospel of God but also our own selves, because you had become very dear to us.” 1 Thessalonians 2:8 (ESV)

Always thrilling to hear good news from a place where we help support the gospel through two ministries: World Bible School and the Gospel Chariots. It is even more thrilling to see occasions where they are working together. In the following Facebook posting we hear some exciting work in Nigeria. Please keep all these ministries in your prayers and that the Gospel be spread to the lost in Africa and God be praised. For the elders, Ken D

NIGERIA GOSPEL CHARIOT
Amen, Biodun Owolabi from Nigeria has reported the following.
For most of the month of March, Nigeria Gospel Chariot embarked on campaign across several communities in Ogun West zone of Ogun State. The chariot was hosted by 21 congregations of churches of Christ, thousands of souls were reached with the saving gospel of Christ, three souls were baptized, about 1000 enrolled for WBS.
The chariot returned to base at the end of March for servicing, renewal of vehicle papers and a short Sabbath for the crew. On April 14, it left for Akwa Ibom State, South of Nigeria. So far, nine souls have been baptized. The chariot has been hosted by eight congregations of the Lord’s church and many more waiting. The chariot remains in Akwa Ibom till April 31 when it is scheduled to leave for Port Harcourt, Rivers State for a month long campaign for the whole of May. Please pray for the chariot and the crew ask the Lord of harvest to bless their efforts with bountiful harvest.
Wow, exciting brethren. Thank You Lord and thank you all involved. God Bless Nigeria
